Prevost threaded wall manifolds: 1 to 10 port drop points for compressed air
A wall manifold is the end of a drop: a cast aluminum block that bolts to the wall, takes the air in through a female NPT inlet at the top, and gives you one to ten female 1/2 inch NPT outlets for couplers, regulators or filter regulators. The bottom port takes a drain valve so any water that reaches the drop collects below the outlets instead of in your tools. Use the 1/2 inch inlet manifolds (MF 203) on 1/2 inch drops for one or two tools, and the 3/4 inch and 1 inch inlet manifolds (MF 204 and MF 205) on bigger drops feeding four to ten outlets at a tire bay or an assembly line.
How to use them
Thread a Prevost tapered male adapter into the inlet and the drop pipe pushes straight into it; no sealing of the aluminum pipe is needed. Fit each outlet with a safety quick coupler in the profile your plugs use, or with a filter regulator where a tool needs clean, regulated air.
